You agree with Icicle Production Company Limtied and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Icicle") that the basis on which you are entitled to access ICICLE's web site ("Web Site") is set out below. These terms may be changed by ICICLE from time to time. The material on the Web Site is for informational purposes only, and is updated on a best effort basis. NONE OF THE ICICLE PARTIES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INTERRUPTIONS OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. Unless expressly included in any other agreement between ICICLE and you, you agree that the requirements of the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) as implemented are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law with respect to your access to and use of the Web Site.
You agree that all proprietary rights in the information contained on the Web Site are and shall remain the property of either ICICLE. REPRODUCTION, REDISTRIBUTION OR ANY OTHER FORM OF TRANSMISSION OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE WEB SITE WITHOUT ICICLE'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THE DATA AND INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN MAY ONLY BE USED INTERNALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE.
You acknowledge that ICICLE uses certain technology on the Web Site to collect information from visitors. ICICLE uses this technology to collect information about how our visitors use the Web Site and services, including information relating to the frequency of visits to the Web Site, average length of visits, and which pages are viewed during a visit. This information is used to improve the site content and performance.
The use by you of ICICLE's password-protected application service products, including Icicle Online, are governed by separate privacy and security policies that may be accessed on the log-in page of such product. By using those products you are subject to those additional privacy policies and securities policies and you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions. Specifically, you agree that ICICLE may gather usage statistics and usage data from your use of Icicle Online, to evaluate your use of the product, to improve the ICICLE products and services, and to ensure that you are complying with the terms of the applicable agreements between you and ICICLE. The statistics and data collected may or may not be aggregated. These statistics contain no personal information and will not be used to gather personal information.
In addition, for users of non-public areas of the Web Site, "session cookies" allow us to recognize your computer each time you return to the Web Site, verify your registration or password information during a particular session so that you do not have to input your password multiple times as you navigate the site and suggest products or services that may interest you. The technology we use cannot obtain information from your hard drive or pass on a computer virus.
When you contact us, provide us with your personal information or use our electronic services you consent to ICICLE processing the information, including but not limited to your name, company name, contact information, job role and preference information. This information is used by us to deliver our services and to contact you again about other services and products we offer. By providing this personal information you consent to ICICLE using this personal information for direct marketing purposes and transferring this personal information to ICICLE offices outside your country of residence.
